Proverbs 30:25  

The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer;

Most anything that is done well requires 90% or more preparation and 10% or less implementation.

Often we are in such a hurry we get this completely backwards. We try to Do first, then prepare afterwards. But this often results in more problems than necessary.

This is how our LORD accomplishes His will ! 

Consider His work on the cross that was completed for all eternity in just 6 hours, yet God prepared mankind for thousands of years before hand through trials and the prophets (1 Peter 1:11).

Even Jesus postponed the revelation of His finished work until the time was prepared (John 7:6).

Even still today God is preparing His people (Ephesians 5:27). He is preparing our hearts (1 Corinthians 2:9) And He has prepared a city and home for us to dwell (Hebrews 11:16) who love Him.

But there is one most important question ... Are you prepared to meet God?

Amos 4:12  Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel.
