Committing fraud

WORDs of Saving Grace - committing fraud


Leviticus 19:13  Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.


Fraud is ANYTIME that a person would portray or infer something to be true, when in fact they know it to be false for their own profit.


Jesus asked the question of - how much do you think a soul is worth?


Not only our soul, but what about our neighbors soul? The one that was defrauded for worldly profit. Was the cost of their soul considered?


Matthew 16:26  For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?


Jesus knows the price of a soul and He was the only one who could pay it.


Psalms 49:8

(For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:)


1 Peter 1:18-19

18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
